The project, launched in 2019, developed and implemented a program focused on energy and cooling audits and the adoption of energy management systems in hospitals in China, the Philippines, and Argentina. It had three components: Technical, Advocacy, and Financial.

Health Care Without Harm led the technical and advocacy work and collaborated with K-CEP on
the financial component.
